We did a complete renovation and addition to a 1500 sqft, 80 year old Noe Valley cottage. All existing foundations, windows, doors, siding, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and finishes were replaced and all utilities upgraded. Along with adding 2000 sqft to the home, solar panels, an electric car charging station, and radiant heat was also added.

The home has been nominated for SFAIA design excellence awards 2014 and was selected as one of a few homes for the SF Home tour 2014.
