Our renovation of this home has spanned numerous phases and includes a high level of customized work. The new interior walls and ceilings are finished with a Venetian plaster and specialty wallpapers. We installed new doors and moldings, and a foyer floor of inlaid rosewood and hand-cut white pine. The house integrates a state-of-the-art A/V electronics, lighting, and security system with centralized controls.

On the property we built a perimeter wall and driveway with automated privacy gate, and transformed the rear yard into an urban spa retreat. We engineered and fabricated the fire pit, and cast fiber optic lighting and hydronic radiant heating into the concrete seating structure, patio, BBQ area and custom spa surround.
