Northside House 2

A classic, century-old Victorian home in need of updating to suit the modern lifestyle. It has great bones, but needed a completely revised floor plan, including the additional of a ground-floor bathroom. We reconfigured the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor space.

The faux brick siding and chain-link fence had to go! We opted for large-panel siding, and we changed the placement of windows--this allows for maximum sunlight but more privacy.

Just enough space for a couple of chairs and a cafe table. Northsiders love to spend time on their porches! Adding a sidelight to the front door makes for better natural light inside. Note the sleek and modern feel of the large-size siding panels.
