Our clients, who had thought they would only be in the house a short while, added on to the house several times and were finally ready to tackle the landscape. He is very active in the business community and they are both active in church and community. There are numerous mature trees on site and the back yard sits on a small creek that runs the length of the back yard. There was a deck off the back at one time, but it had been partially removed. With a large family and cadre of friends and clients, they really needed to have an outdoor environment that took advantage of a wonderful mature setting. We created a series of outdoor spaces that would naturally draw family and visitors out into the environment. Not only were there beautiful to look at but we designed a lodge where they could cook, eat and entertain in any kind of weather. We also created a more intimate space reserved for the clients where they could relax in a walk in spa just off the bedroom and away from the main entertainment areas.
