A virtually complete gut of this original 1950's ranch transformed it into an open concept floor plan perfect for entertaining and joining the indoor and outdoor spaces. Two important structural posts and beams became the focal point of the space, adding personality and character to the room. In addition to the reconfiguration of the common areas, a bathroom was added to serve the master bedroom and the laundry room was moved. This was all achieved in the original footprint of the home.
