A reconfigured floor plan turned a small bedroom and maid's quarters into a modern, functional, light-filled kitchen. The remodel added space for a reading ream and home office and greatly improved traffic flow and usability of cooking areas, as well as indoor/outdoor access to kitchen.

The new floor plan also provided space next to the kitchen for a home office and cozy, sun-drenched reading room for the family and their children.

Bathroom remodels improved use of both rooms adding much need storage space and modernized bathing facilities.
