My client had a uniquely shaped flag lot, which limited our overall footprint. Add in the town's vertical set back requirements, and we had an interesting design issue to resolve. We ended up with five bedrooms, each having its own bathroom, with the exception of one shared (Jack & Jill) bathroom between two of the bedrooms. We have a porch with views out to the ocean. We chose HardieShingle siding to minimize upkeep.
