At this oceanfront estate, our client desired a Savant home automation system with every added feature imaginable. In addition, they also requested a complete lighting system. Solution

To meet the requests of our client, Acoustic Architects designed, engineered, wired and ultimately programmed the entire home to control motorized shades, lighting, audio and video, home theater, media players, HVAC, security, cameras, intercoms, and phone system. In addition, the home was outfitted with whole-home lighting control and motorized shading controls.
