Pinecrest Residence - Home Automation

With our client’s unique lifestyle in mind, we developed a home automation solution, with system capabilities that are fully adaptable to accommodate the ever-evolving Responsive Living lifestyle.

A state of the art Savant integration system was designed to allow interface among all the technologies throughout the residence. We then went on to engineer a Ruckus Wireless WIFI with firewall network, which provides all data and TV locations, including multiple connections for existing and future systems. We paid meticulous attention to detail during design and installation phase, with precise focus on future-proofing the space.

Home automation systems and live network were installed and integrated with cutting-edge smart-products including Lutron lighting and shading, Axis cameras, Samsung and Pioneer Elite entertainment media, and audio systems by B&W, JL Audio, and Totem Acoustics.
