Oceanfront Custom Home. Lavallette, NJ

This is an oceanfront new home construction in Lavallette, New Jersey. From the great room and living room, there are stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean via the many windows and balcony. The home has many unique features, such as a bell tower ceiling over the kitchen table. A low profile porch lets you step right out onto the sand.

Open layout designed to enjoy this beach front view. Coffered ceilings highlight the dining area. Seagreen walls with wooden flooring.

The kitchen features a farm sink and the floor is a mix of flatsawn and quartersawn hardwood made from full face reclaimed heart pine finished with "Golden Pecan" stain. The countertops are green soapstone.

The cabinets are by Wood-Mode and the wine cooler is a 24" Marvel. Next to the wine cooler, a Sub-Zero refrigerator sits inside the tall cabinet on the right. The countertop is green soapstone.

This custom staircase features a Heart Pine rail. The steps are Brazilian Cherry treads. The wall color is Benjamin Moore "Stratton Blue" and the wainscoting is a board and batten design.

This 2nd floor kitchen features an Andersen Oval window with a removable grille - you can switch out and replace the grille with different styles. The wall color is Benjamin Moore "Stratton Blue" The staircase up to the kitchen comes up from the 1st floor entryway.

The low profile porch lets you step right out onto the sand. The porch is IPE mahogany decking and the ceiling is an AZEK beaded ceiling.
