Traditional Custom Home. Seaside Park, NJ

New home construction in Seaside Park, New Jersey that overlooks the Barnegat Bay. The home was started in April 2006 and was completed in May 2007. The home is a Mother/Daughter and features "Maibec" Cedar siding, 4" White Oak strip flooring, AGA stoves, "Quiet House" separation and 3 fireplaces. The home is a total of 5,600 sq ft. This home was featured in the September 2008 issue of Design NJ.

The home's Grand Slate roof is by GAF and the color is Middlebury Brown. The front door is a Rogue Valley fir door with clear insulated glass, a Clear Pine jamb, white brick moulding and an adjustable bronze aluminum sill. The door hardware is a Baldwin Concord mortise set.

Seashore Retreat

The first floor kitchen features frameless Brookhaven custom cabinetry with vinyl maple interior; the wood is maple with a white charcoal glaze finish, and the cabinet door style is a Winfield Square raised panel. Above the cabinetry is a flush soffit built of matching English Country pilaster...

Custom Cabinetry

The swinging door adjacent to the second floor deck is a frenchwood hinged door by Andersen. The rest of the windows and doors are also by Andersen. To the left is the great room and a tall indoor/outdoor living space is to the right.
