On Trend Townhouse
A fashionable young woman purchased this townhouse mid construction so we were able to make many of the material selections ourselves. A neutral base pallete was chosen for the Great Room and we spiced it up with accents of her favorite purple colors (which also happened to be very nearly Pantone's color of the year 2014: "Radiant Orchid"!)
The dining area was small but the use of a banquette and glass table top opened up the area and maximized seating. An additional two chairs can be used for larger parties.
An extended curved sectional is the Great Room statement piece and its' modern lines and patterns are off-set by the antique wood and iron cocktail table. My client requested a large sophisticated candlescape, which sits atop an antique glass serving tray and is interspersed with florals and mercury glass.
The Guest Bedroom is a soothing shade of turquoise, with a gray base and accents of white and orange. The cantilevered nightstands and curved sleigh bed add interesting shapes to the room.
