What used to be a standard builder plan with a tiny kitchen was transformed into a grand open plan kitchen with great visibility into the dining area and living space. A powder room was added as was storage and countertop space. Visibility to the outside was enhanced and all systems and finishes were enhanced. The main hall bathroom was enlarged and re-arranged to allow for a free standing tub.
