This is a project that we built in 2013. Our clients had requested a new wing on their home to house their three young boys. Expecting a fourth child, a daughter, they thought it would be great to have their three boys all in one area. We built the new boy's wing over their two car garage that we expanded into a three car garage. Work included the new second story, a mudroom/laundry area on the lower floor with two washers, two dryers and two built-in benches with cubbies. Upstairs, the boy’s bathroom features a custom designed trough sink from Sonoma Cast Stone. For fun, all the boys’ rooms have pint-sized crawlways that link the rooms together. Each boy’s room is themed. Let's have a hand for the parents who came up with the fun ideas.
