For this project the client was interested in having room to entertain large groups of friends and family at their small lake house. The owner had read Seven Fires: Grilling the Argentine Way (by Francis Mallmann) and, as a result, become very interested in cooking with live-fire. This kitchen features a pizza oven, a spit, and a generous gas grill area. There is also an exterior fireplace for the guests, plus ample seating and lounging areas, both underneath the portico and outside.
