Oxnard Street Project

This is a project that I came into after the clients had already purchased most of their furniture, but they just could not make it all come together in a way that felt stylish and well designed. I came in and decided to paint the walls a medium grey for their living room area.

The seashell scalloped console table is set off and shows up beautifully on this gray wall. The gray in this room act as an accent due to the amount of paneling and windows.

A great way to use strong colors is to paint only an accent wall. Colors that would be overpowering painted on all 4 walls of a room can create some excitement when painted only on an accent wall. That’s why we chose to paint the accent wall in the guest room in a burnt orange.

Lovely anteroom between the entry and living room provides a wonderful place to display photos and other accessories and serves as a great transition.

Entry hallway infused with gold patterned wall paper and crystal chandelier. The sunburst pattern wallpaper for the entry is upbeat and welcoming, which is exactly what you want in an entry.
