Palisbriar Condo Renovation 2019

This condo needed a major renovation as most of the materials were worn out and looked beyond drab. So... we completely redid this condo from top to bottom; walls were re-framed to accommodate new layouts and maximize the space and all new products were added and customized to meet our clients exact needs. Not only was it nice to have new products, but new plumbing, lighting and appliances use less energy, which saves you money in the long run. This home now looks bright, refreshing and revitalized.

New front entry. A closet dividing the front entry and main living room was removed and re-framed in the new location across from the front door. The front door and door hardware is new. The interior door and doors handles are all new, and the foyer light fixture is new.

Check out this custom metal handrail going down the stairs! The stairs before had open spindles, which we removed and dry-walled this instead and added a custom wood top.
