We first started out talking to the home owners about a renovation, and after some cost analysis it was decided to proceed with an entire new home.

It has been such a wonderful experience building this dream home! There are so many custom and unique features in this home, it was hard to capture it all in these pictures.

The exterior lights on this home allow you to celebrate any occasion. Every light can showcase multiple colours at a touch of a button. You no longer need to spend hours putting up Christmas lights! All of these lights are easily controlled via a smart phone app.

Front Office- we added custom shelving and wainscotting to match the main floor. What a beautiful office space! There is some great natural lighting coming in, and lots of space to add furniture. We added a floor plug for any computer equipment needed for this room.
