This home underwent some extensive changes inside, and outside giving it a rejuvenated new look.
Inside we removed an old spiral staircase, fireplace, stub walls, closets, stair railing at the front door and on the second floor loft. We reconfigured the front entry to allow for space to come & go. The upper floor loft was closed in, and became the new master bedroom. The main & upper floors were updated with new interior doors, light fixtures & pot lights, plumbing fixtures, door hardware, flooring throughout, cabinetry in the kitchen & bathrooms, appliances and ceiling, trim and wall paint.
We added a new front door with a slide light and triple pane rack windows in the living room and above the front door. New hardie siding was installed and the existing overhead garage door was painted to match.
