Pasadena MD Deck, Patios, Fire Pit and Sunroom

In order to get a sunroom on this second story walkout we needed a deck to support it and that design turned into a wonderful combination of decking, pavers, patios, walks and yard space all trimmed rustically in cedar. Watch as it all comes together.

About 2 weeks into decking after footing and inspections

Step Stringers installed to project grade onto stakes in yard via Lasers
Patio excavation completed, EP Henry Pavers have arrived
3rd week finds us framed across the entire back of the house

Tree Railing with 6" post sleeves over Wolf Decking We added a new exit door from the home office to the deck and grilling area. It's called the "Cigar Lounge". Great place to watch the golfers, sunset or just get away from it all.

Framing for drop beam look of sunroom is shown, starting of landscape with some specimen Crape Myrtles and a Hinoki Cypress. Expect to see Vista LED landscape lighting soon to extend the ambiance well into the night and make the transitional spaces safer.

The roof of this under deck entertaining space is completely sealed from rain and drainage is collected then taken out to the woods under the pavers.
