Customer had ordered a new Shed Assembly and suddenly it arrived. AMJ had to alter the original plan and grade around the shed unit to give this Customer a more useable flat back yard. Irrigation that stopped where the wood line had been was extended after 6 tandems of topsoil were added to level out the yard and create a place to play ball. Hydrotack and Seed/Straw were used to get this lawn reestablished quickly and in 2 weeks you can see they had Green Grass again. For the shed we added custom composite steps and vinyl railings (note the split rear posts) and enclosed the foundation with Techo-Bloc Wallstones to keep the critters out of the shed. Finally out Customer can get his cars in the garage and has a place to entertain and play ball with the kids.
