Past Meets Present

Balancing the vintage charm of the 1906 home with the modern amenities of a contemporary kitchen presented the challenge for creating an authentic but efficient dream kitchen.
Refining the layout in a compact space, selecting materials and finishes that will patina over time, and honoring the original historic details of the home "moulded" this traditional beauty.
A custom designed arch incorporating dentil moulding over the original stained glass window composed the stunning focal point.

Bathrooms were designed and updated to complement the character of the home as well. Over the years, this "Past meets Present" detailing will only become more beautiful and integrated in this historic landmark home.
