Keeping the footprint in the small kitchen made upgrading for the homeowners a challenge. Replacing a door with an extra window made sense to utilize additional space affording the inclusion of a small dishwasher. Seriously passionate cooks, we designed room for storing most appliances off the counter. The 30" wide refrigerator was moved to allow continuous prep space. While honoring the budget, a few splurges such as the Signature range and under- counter water filter, the compact kitchen is fully functional.
