Pear Tree Point

The owners of this 6,800 sq foot home with views of Long Island Sound wanted the interiors to be relaxed, rugged and personal to reflect their active life with 3 children and 3 dogs, as well as their interest in artisan craftsmanship.

Architect Bo Malpass of Warrington Home pulled light and nature into the center of the house with wide open sight lines, large interior and exterior windows, and unexpected glass ceilings and floors in the art galleries.

The interiors by Carey Karlan of Last Detail reflect this natural, earthy theme through the use of artisan produced items such as the JD Staron carpets, the dramatic pulley system chandelier and unique case good pieces.
