PEARL HOUSE
SQUARE FOOTAGE: 8600 sc. ft.
YEAR: 2024
PEARL HOUSE is a family residence on the velvet shores of the Persian Gulf. A house that combines Arabian motifs and traditions with the aesthetics and practice of modern minimalism.
FROM THE STREET
The entrance group from the city resembles an elegant but impregnable fortress. The relief walls hide the coziness of the house from prying eyes.
The glass ceiling of the parking lot illuminates the way to the large entrance arch.
This is the guest entrance.
GREEN ZONES
There are many of them around the house. There is even a small garden in the courtyard. There are separate entrances to the house among the greenery.
THE MAIN FACADE
It is only after walking around PEARL HOUSE that you can see it in all its glory. The house consists of two independent parts, between which there is a third separate space – a glass lounge.
The whole complex is enveloped by a water surface and a swimming pool with bridges and passages over the water.
There are two separate terraces near the pool, followed by an area with relaxation niches and a cozy gazebo with a large dining table.
GLASS CUBE ON THE WATER
Special attention should be paid to the glass lounge, which is located on the water surface, as if on the waves of the sea. The entrances to it from other parts of the house run through glass corridors that can be opened wide on hot days.
It can be considered a mini-house with glass walls, or it can be considered a super-comfortable relaxation niche.
ARCHES
Arches are a characteristic element of Arabian architecture. In PEARL HOUSE, this solution performs several important aesthetic functions:
• conceptually “brands” the project, gives the minimalist structure uniqueness and unique charisma;
• creates a rhythm, unites such different parts of the architectural ensemble into a single coherent composition
• when viewed through the arches from inside the house or from a poolside lounger, they seem to frame the landscape, creating a series of fantastic living pictures of a fairy-tale coastline.
"TRADITIONS, COMFORT, AESTHETICS, INNOVATIVE ARTISTIC AND TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS - PEARL HOUSE IS A PERFECT BALANCE OF ALL THESE COMPONENTS. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT FOR THE FIRST TIME WE PLUNGED INTO A NEW ARAB CULTURE FOR US. AND IN ITS CONTEXT, WE CREATED SOMETHING UNIQUE, MAKHNO."
