Petaluma Rural Estate

A rural estate property with Modern Farmhouse architecture. Village Landscape Architecture designed beautiful circulation and use areas in keeping with the scale of the house.
In addition the design includes a number of designed Phase II elements to come, including:

Olive orchard and fruit tree orchard expansions
Pathway systems throughout property

Rustic railroad tie stairway is luxuriously wide and support comfortably spaced blue shale pads between. These stairs provide a laid back yet classical access to the pool terrace from the tennis court, Olive orchard, guest parking area and future ADU. Plantings add much to the Mediterranean feel.
