Pilgrim Heights Residence
This new home in the far West End of Provincetown was constructed on the ridge of a coastal dune and sited to maximize views of Cape Cod Bay
The house is organized with two separate wings, the larger providing the main living, dining and kitchen spaces and the smaller contains the primary bedroom and guest bedroom suite situated above the garage.
Photovoltaic solar panels on the South facing roof provide carbon neutral energy to the fully electric ducted heat pump system. Great care was taken during planning and construction to support and protect the coastal dune. Materials were locally sourced and chosen for sustainability for the Outer Cape climate.
