When a Greek revival home in JP was split into a two-family residence, the original parlor in Unit Two became a luxury kitchen that blends antique elements with contemporary conveniences. The existing fireplace stayed in place, making the space a cozy gathering spot.

In order to house the appliances on either side of the kitchen entrance, we created a 26” deep entryway, paneled and painted white, concealing tall cabinets on either side. Custom book cases around the entry on the kitchen side display treasures from our clients’ travels.
