A love of classical simplicity inspired the remodel of this master bathroom. The old space was compartmentalized dark, dominated by a large pedestal mounted tub and the original tiled shower was dark and uninviting. The clients wanted a space that was convenient to use on busy mornings, but inviting enough to linger in the soaking tub. A combination of task and ambient lighting helps to achieve this, and the clean, simple lines of the space are soothing and relaxing.
