Project Rosa

This 1950s bungalow on the coast of Orange County hadn't been remodeled since the 80s. The goal of this project was to inject the soul of the home back in, while making changes that felt fresh. The result is this laid back California-Transitional interior with hints of Spanish-Revival. We utilized materials that felt warm and organic layered with mixed metals, vintage pieces, custom finish work and more.

This unused corner was the perfect candidate for a cozy Dining Nook! We chose a shiplap finish for the vertical portion and simple, sloped arms to finish off the design. The waves in the chandelier add some playfulness and coordinate with the curves of the antique table.
