This was an Apex Energy Solutions' Promotional Home Project completed in early 2014. The original windows were suffering from wood rot, seal failure, and many were painted shut. We also had a few new features that we were able to bring into the home, making this transformation worthy of showcasing.

We added colonial grids to the front of the home, that tie beautifully into the British Colonial architecture. Additionally, we took out the original bow light units and replaced them with one, Insignia bow unit. This offered the homeowners a drastically improved view, much better natural light, and greatly improved the homes energy efficiency.

We're very happy with the results on this project. The owners have already seen a huge improvement in the quality of living with their new windows. Being able to properly operate their windows has allowed them to cross ventilate this summer, meaning they've gone most of the Spring/Summer without running the AC. They should see the same benefit in the winter when they can actually keep the heat they're paying for in the home.
