A classic Italianate 3-story Brooklyn brownstone; well-proportioned and replete with original (1870’s) details including: 5 marble mantels, 4 sets of massive entry and parlour doors (2 w/ original glass), a pier mirror, walnut bannisters, parlour arch, pocket shutters as well as plaster sky-lights & ‘coffin-turn’.

It was a joy restoring these details to their former glory and a challenge preserving them while renovating and opening up the space to increase functionality and flow and natural light.
