This fully-furnished master bedroom was emptied out, with the contents donated or consigned. The new owner discovered that the carpets cleaned by them prior to move-in were all rusted under the furniture legs but not known until the furniture was removed.

ay yay yay! The owner used hanging bags and storage cubes in the middle of this jam-packed closet until I designed it for single racks of varying heights, double racks, shelving units and drawers, and raised the top shelf to maximize usable space.

This is the side yard between the homes at the time of purchase. It served no function and impeded outside passage from the front to the back of the house.
