This house had been stripped of all its historic character during a renovation in the early 2000s. Our goal was to restore the charm expected in the details of a Church Hill home, while creating an interior layout for the modern lifestyle.

SCOPE OF WORK
- Widened interior downstairs doorways to create more open layout and flow
- Opened partial wall between kitchen and dining room to create pass through for easy entertaining
- Exposed existing brick chimneys and added reclaimed wood mantle
- Added custom built foyer bench and coat rack area
- Modified downstairs full bath into half bath and laundry
- Converted trunk room into upstairs hall bathroom
- Renovated master bathroom with new layout, new fixtures, and new porcelain floor tile and white subway surround in the tub and shower area
- Replaced all interior doors with 5 panel solid core doors
- Replaced all trim with period correct custom trim
- Designer light fixtures
- Front and back exterior landscaping and new fence
- Replaced carpet throughout the with period correct hardwood flooring
- Brought electric and plumbing up to code
- Repaired front and back porches
- New Exterior Doors, and windows as needed
