This house needed some updating prior to being listed for sale - we started with interior and exterior color selection and painting, and a whole house lighting plan to swap out all light fixtures; we also did a full renovation of the Master Bathroom. And of course we refinished the STUNNING heart pine floors. There is nothing like refinished wood to make a historic house feel brand new.
