A Silver Award winner from the International Landscape Design Awards 2016, Red Renaissance's Modern Farmhouse Renovation incorporated an entrance boardwalk with integrated water feature. The plan design was to incorporate an entrance to the home where previously there was only a driveway, create a transition flow pattern to a deck on the north side of the home. The clients desired a bird friendly habitat both the water feature and plant palette were designed to encourage nested birds to make a home in the landscape.
