Sometimes you just need to update what is already pretty good. That’s what we did with this massive endeavor. The client loved the bones of the house, but the floorplan needed some work. Our team completely opened up this home and gutted it from top to bottom. The result is a charming, elegant and easy flowing floorplan. Furniture is sophisticated and interesting and we paid special attention to lighting as I think you will see. This transitional home is now also totally refined.
