This project was a 12 month renovation from top to bottom! Floorplans were realigned, walls opened up, structural beams were added, and most importantly, the true character of the amazing homeowners who live here was finally able to shine through this 1970's two story ranch. Located near the beach, the blues of the ocean find their way in to almost every space. Can you smell the beach breeze?
