Remodeling of an historic building into a contemporary apartment complex of 10 units for rent. The scope of work included the creation of a total new layout including new infrastructure and landscaping. The building was landmarked and awarded a prize by the Styrian (Austria) government for being an exemplary multi-family dwelling.
