Remodeling of a historic house from the 16th century, located in the Austrian vineyards. The house was protected as a historic monument, a fact that included a lot of restrictions and requirements. The project started in 2003 and due to new ideas of the owners, it is continually getting expanded. The landmarked part included the main building, the atelier building was added in phase two of the project. Awarded with the architectural prize Abinas for renovating a landmarked single-family home.
