A New York city client of mine was working on a brownstone building expansion and renovation project to prepare their home for their growing family. Their current home was outdated, small, and had no storage space, so they wanted to renovate and expand their brownstone building by 8 feet so their kids could all have their own room.

The couple had difference of tastes in design, but we worked on a solution that combined transitional design solution, which you can now see all over the home:
They are avid readers and ample storage space is very important in the limited NYC living space, so we made sure their home has plenty of it. All the storage space blends seamlessly with the decor, making it a part of their room's design.

This huge renovation project took three years to complete, and my clients were incredibly happy and satisfied with the result. We were also able to help them with reducing some of the stress of undertaking such a large project.
