The spa entrance of this retirement residence is elegant and refreshing with a light colour palette, reflective tile wall, wood floors, and custom designs.

The media room reflects balance ans symmetry with wood panel walls (with reveals and wall sconces), a walkway separating the 2 seating areas and art surrounding the room.

The pool and bar area serves as a multi purpose space with bar seating, table seating, or standing playing pool. Each area is distinguished by either a ceiling or flooring feature.

At the entrance there is a fireplace lounge/waiting area that contains a fireplace feature. The fireplace has a tile surround with chunky wood accents. An asymmetrical mantel in the same chunky wood holds attractive vases and a round mirror.

The lounge room is a perfect space to comfortably sit and read a book or just feel relaxed. The fireplace wall is a feature in it's own with custom built shelf units on both sides creating a sense of balance. Wall sconce ad more lighting to the space as it is open to the hallway.
