To update this kitchen in an antique farm house, the space was expanded, and the mid century flush door wood cabinets were carefully removed. The ones I chose for the new layout were sanded, repainted and installed in their new locations. Some new units were obtained through Cabinet Works in Great Barrington to allow for a microwave and other functions not imagined in the 1950's.
