This beautiful project took a 1960's two-story home into the modern era with a complete floor plan change upstairs to include making one large great room out of seperate kitchen, dining, and living spaces. In addition, the dining space was pushed out with large windows to take advantage of the incredible view and the ceiling was raised above the kitchen area.

The customer also wanted a large outdoor living space which we designed and built to include a kitchenette, gas fireplace, TV, overhead skylights, fans and gas heaters, and glass railings to preserve the view. Additionally, we incuded a large window between the inside and outside kitchens to allow for pass-through of food and beverages for entertaining. The homeowners use this outdoor space year-round.
