Complete renovation and expansion of a landmark Rockridge residence. Scope included lifting the entire home and constructing a new level-in ground floor.

The new ground floor includes high ceilings and an open kitchen with our custom dining island, that allows for seating on all four sides, while still housing storage and small appliances below. The corner banquette provides a cozy, intimate seating area to compliment the dining island.

The primary bedroom suite includes a study and private front porch, that are great for community connection and work too.

And there's lots of space designed and built for fun, from a large, sturdy play room to secret hideouts to discover and share.
