Romantic Modern European

Our design style transformation from Old World European to Romantic Modern European in a 6,000 sq. ft home was accomplished with new custom clean line furnishings, use of a neutral repetitive color palette in creams, warm whites, charcoal blacks and grays, simplifying and updating many light fixtures, painting all the trim, windows, stone fireplace, and kitchen cabinetry. Strategic space planning, design style preference of our clients, and the existing details of the architecture of the home were considerations with a long range vision for quality furnishings.

We transformed this space by added warmth with the addition of a carpet runner on the stairs, painting the walls, columns, doors and door casings, adding new light fixtures, and furnishings. We kept the real travertine flooring.

In this dining room, we added all new custom furnishings, home accents, and a fresh coat of creamy white paint on the walls, ceiling and ceiling detail, and the trim. We also had the columns painted a warm gray.

Diane came up with this original wall finish covering and applied it to the walls of the home bar and to the adjacent coffee station. We had the lower cabinets painted White Dove OC-17, added glass to the wood countertops, and glass shelves with gold brackets to the space.

We specified Dove Wings on the already textured walls and ceiling of this little girls nursery/bedroom, and White Dove on the trim. We also assisted with furniture planning and design.
