Rustic Modern Lodge

An 8 bedroom, 8 bath rustic modern lodge style new build home in Saugatuck, Michigan. Designed and built for large gatherings with an open multi-use living, dining, game, and bar room with kitchen pass through. Built on 7 acres there is plenty of space for outdoor living with patio, and pavilion. Every detail has been well thought out and planned for making memories in this one of a kind residential home design.

One of our think outside the box design ideas was to add reclaimed beams to the hall transition corners. It was not only a huge design element but also for practicality of bumped and chipped corners that just happen over time. When they get bumped now, it'll add to the rustic lodge vibe.
