Originally built in 1931 and nestled beautifully among giant oaks in the Montecito hills, this historic Romero Canyon home was a joy to restore to its original charm. As a Design-Build project, we were able to form a solid partnership with very fun clients, one of whom is a furniture designer by trade. With their impeccable style, we renovated the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, fireplace, guest cottage, out buildings, pool, and as a surprise gift to the client, we restored the original outhouse! The electrical, plumbing, and mechanical infrastructure of the home was strategically updated to provide modern amenities without detracting from the historical appeal. The unassuming, natural style and charm made this project a favored among many of our employees and trades people.
