Our team transformed the functionality of this beautiful home built in 1880. We were able to convert an unused walk up attic into an entirely equipped primary suite. We created a large primary bedroom, with breathtaking views of downtown Glenside. The spacious bedroom does not take away from the generous size of the bathroom or two walk-in closets, each with built in shelving and storage. The bathroom blends classic style with modern touches, with a claw foot tub and brass fixtures, a double vanity and large shower. Our team sanded the existing attic floor and handrails and stained them all new to bring everything in this abandoned attic to life!
