Principal designer, Cathy Carr, APLD of GreenHeart, LLC designed this project. The homeowners needed to renovate their yard after renting the home for several years while they were posted in another state. We transformed the unorganized and overgrown backyard into a functional living area. SDF Builders constructed a brand new deck using composite materials, and Great American Landscapes built a large flagstone patio, walkways with thick, natural stone steps, and installed beautiful, mostly native plants. While lush, the plantings are relatively low maintenance. Fencing was installed by Expert Fence.
